Alumni Network

The OGs Community Doesn’t End at the Final Whistle

One of the defining features of Old Georgians RFC has always been the strength of the relationships formed through the club. Players may move away, retire from rugby or take a break from the game, but the connections built at OGs often last far beyond a single season.

The OGRFC Alumni Network exists to help former players and members remain connected to the club and to each other.

Whether someone played for one season or for many years, they remain part of the Old Georgians story.

Staying Part of the Club

The Alumni Network aims to keep former players involved in the life of the club in a number of ways, including:

  • Invitations to major club events

  • Updates on key matches and milestones

  • Opportunities to reconnect with former teammates

  • Supporting the next generation of Old Georgians players

Many former players continue to attend matches, support the club and stay involved socially long after their playing days have finished. The alumni network helps ensure those connections remain strong.

Celebrating the Club’s Story

The history of Old Georgians RFC has been shaped by the players who have worn the shirt over the years. The alumni community represents an important part of that story.

By keeping past players connected, we ensure the club retains its sense of continuity, linking the early days of the club with the players and teams representing OGs today.
